FEATURES :

1. Manage Appointments at low cost

The mobile app makes service providers like doctors, SPA and shop owners, productive by managing their day schedule effectively. The two way communication between the service provider and customers instantly connects them and providers a better user experience and satisfactions to customers. This helps retain customers and helps build long term relations. A satisfied customer means repeat business.

A customer communicates by booking an appointment at an available slot (time) configured by service provider through Qwicbook user app. A service provider (doctor) is kept appraised via., notifications and Text messages regarding booked appointments and through the Service Provider app which allows him/her to see booked appointments for a given day. Service provider has the ability to communicate through Qwicbook Pro App., to notify customers, if they are going to attend late or if they would like to cancel the appointment due to various reasons. All customs subscribed for appointment within that day will receive notifications / Text messages based on the action taken by the service provider.

2. Customer can track its appointment in real-time.

A “Productivity” feature introduced in Qwicbook will maintain effective communication between patients and doctors. This feature reduces waiting time for patients at clinics by tracking live running status to show up just-in-time.
This will eliminate heavy rush at clinics / shops and will help in smooth operations / inflow / outflow of patients / customers.

3. Token Dispaly System.

Token Display System is a unique physical product introduced for Qwicbook that displays tokens in real time when customers walk in/out. This helps receptionist at clinics / shop automatically display active counter. This is a great relief for the receptionist and customers as the communication between the app and TDS is in real time eliminating manual intervention of token display and customers kept appraised of the token.

However, in some cases the reception might want to manually override the token number. This facility is also introduced within App. Communication between Qwicbook Pro App and Token Display System is made wirelessly through Bluetooth, thus eliminating wires, displaying a neat presentation at shops / clinics.

4. Auto token Numbers

Auto token numbers are issued when a user books an appointment through user app or through web. A unique number is assigned which is represented as token. The user is either sent a text message or a notification based on how the booking has taken place.

5. Visitors IN / OUT

It's normal that Service Providers will be inside the cabin and their receptionist manage the appointments. Sitting inside service provider will know about how many visitors are IN and are in waiting and how many have already taken the service.

6. Cancel Appointments

Cancelling appointments is very easy for service providers as well as users. Both apps., have the ability to cancel appointment. In case, if a service provider cancels the appointment, user is notified through a text message that the appointment has been cancelled. If the service provider has specified a reason, the same is displayed to the user.

7. SMS and Notifications

The best way to keep customers happy is to keep them informed. QB sends out text messages to customers when they book the appointments. Also they receive messages when ever delay has been set by service providers and they get the new appointment time.

8. Manage out-of-office

If you are going out-of-station or unavailable for the service, you can set out-of-office for that particular period with custom message. If your customers are trying to take appointments in that period, they will come to know that you are not available and can see the custom messages you have set.

9. Set delays and keep your customers informed..!!

Stuck in important meetings or traffic jam, no problem, still you can keep your customers happy by informing them that you are getting late. You can set the delays in click of a button. The app sends notifications to all your customers those have booked your appointments in that time slot and shows new time in their app..!!

10. Configure your own time slots and multiple service places

This helps doctors / any service providers to configure multiple shops OR service places. You can configure the time slots as per your service needs.

11. One-Click Appointment for walk-in customer.

Introducing, one-click-appointment for receptions - Often, there can be a huge rust at the clinics / shops. At that time appointment booking sometimes can be time consuming, resulting into a degraded customer experiences. In such case, with a click on button, an appointment can be booked and a physical token can be issued.

12. Appointment by Mobile Number for walk-in customer.

Now, Receptionist can book appointment for walk-in customer by just their mobile number and token number will be assigned automatically.

13. Reception Module

Receptionist can also book appointment on behalf of customer in case customer call and request for an appointment.
Just click on reception module and book appointment and auto-generated token will be send to customer mobile.
